Hi I’m Ricky Kasek and I’m a Thief. I’m standing for the Madang Regional in this year’s election. I want your vote so I can become a member and steal more.

You may know me as the owner of Ark Taxi’s. That’s just one of the many schemes I’m currently involved in, but let me tell you how I got the money to purchase Ark Taxi.

After stealing lots of money from you the people - through my work in the Madang Provincial Government I went on to become a tea boy for whoever would pay me. RD Tuna and the Chinese have been good to me (wink wink : )

However, the Ark Taxi Scam was one of my favorites.

Using my wife’s name instead of my own (pretty clever huh?) the money that was alloted for the new police compound on North Coast Road came to my - ah my wife’s - company instead.

The money never got released to the police - instead I used that to start the Ark Taxi business/ Pretty clever huh?

And I can continue to do similar scams to enrich myself (I do have a home in Australia) if you elect me governor of our great province of Madang.

So please cast your vote for me Ricky Kasek - Thief.

Yes I know the others are all thieves too, but I will soon be able to compete with the biggest political thieves in the country if you give me a chance.
